Warranty
- Electrical, Petrol and Hydraulic – 24 months spare parts only warranty. Consumables – no warranty on consumables eg, air fittings, oils, etc (not withstanding manufacturing faults and defects).
- Products – 24 months parts and labour warranty at buyers costs to bring back to Perth Sales Machinery Hire Pty Ltd.
All warranty terms and conditions are to be read in conjunction with the full Terms & Conditions of sale in addition to the assembly and maintenance conditions below. Warranty claims may be rejected if the cause of the failure was incorrect assembly and or improper maintenance.
Spare Parts Only Warranty : due to the distance from many of our customers and the nearest repair agents. Perth Sales Machinery Hire Pty Ltd offers a 12 month spare parts warranty. It is the customers responsibility at their own cost to have any faulty items evaluated by a competent person and notify Perth Sales Machinery Hire Pty Ltd which parts are required to complete the repair. Parts will be supplied at no charge once faulty parts are returned to Perth Sales Machinery Hire Pty Ltd. The fitment of parts, testing and or tuning of items is at customers cost.
Petrol Engines when in not in use need the fuel tap turned off while engine is running until engine cuts out. Warranty on engines will be rejected if this not followed.
With regards to items which are covered by a parts and labour warranty (as specified above), goods must be delivered to the nearest warranty agent. All freight costs are to be covered by the customer as warranty does not cover freight.
Returns
No return or refund for change of mind purchases. We do not provide return and refund for wrong choices made. Please note the postage or freight paid cannot be refunded in any way. Restocking/administration fee up to 50% of the item value may be charged.
Exchange may be available depends on the stock availability and you are responsible for the extra charge such as the postage fee incurred. Please note the postage or freight paid cannot be refunded in any way. Restocking/administration fee up to 50% of the item value may be charged.
For dead on arrival goods, please contact us within seven working days and we will work out the best way to resolve the problem for you. We may, at its option, repair the product or replace the product.
If any parts are missing from the product, please notify us within seven working days after the item is received. We might be able to send the missing parts (depending on the availability) on buyer’s costs when the buyer notifies us more than seven days after the goods received date.
If the item is damaged during transport, please notify the courier when receiving the item and contact us within three working days. We may be able to make a claim to the courier within this period and we will work out the best way to resolve the problem for you.
